1) The top form is to reserve a cabin for humans only.

2) The second form is to reserve a dog friendly Cabin.

Please fill out this Form to Reserve a “Non-Dog Friendly” Cabin

Fill out this form and Submit it to Southeastern Trail Runs. After we receive the form we will send an email letting you know if there are still cabins available. If not, your name will go on the waitlist. DO NOT make a payment for the room until we contact you after receiving the form. At that time, we will give you instructions on how to submit the payment. If you are planning on send a check, we will hold the room for 72 hours after we contact you.

Cabin 1 and Cabin 10 are Pet Friendly Cabins. It is not necessary that these two cabins are rented by someone bringing a dog to the race. However, we will hold these two cabins until the other 8 or rented. Then, we will offer them to the next rental requests.

If you cancel between November 2 and November 20th, we can only refund your reservation fee if we are able to re-rent your room. After Nov 20th we cannot refund your payment. To have the race start at the cabins we must reserve all 10 cabins. We do not get a refund from the park if a cabin is not rented. We always have a wait-list for cabins. Park Rules and Regulations: All cabins are non-smoking. The person reserving the cabin is responsible for any damage to the unit. Pets are only allowed in Cabin 1 & 10. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PETS STAYING AT OAK MOUNTAIN STATE PARK • Dog charge of $20.00 per night per dog, if staying in a cabin. • Dogs are not allowed in non-dog friendly facilities. • Please reserve the specific Room. We must be notified upon check in of the number of dogs staying. • Guest must have current credit card on file to serve as deposit on any damages – guest will be notified if any damages occur. • Park management reserves the right to prohibit any dog on premises. Any dog that is intimidating, destructive, dangerous or noisy will not be allowed to remain in the park. If evicted, the dog owner will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation. • Dogs are permitted in designated day use areas and dog friendly facilities if on a leash and attended at all times (dogs may not be left unattended at any time in the cabin unless in pet carrier or crated). Dogs are not allowed in any other building or at the beach. • Dog owners are required to clean up after pets and are responsible for their actions. • Dogs must be current with all vaccinations and have tags or documentation. • Dog owners are responsible for any and all damages. Extra charges for damage or full cleaning may apply. • Maintenance or staff might not enter cabin unless dog is leashed or confined. • Other policies may be applicable depending upon Park amenities.
